Ceremony Video Coming SoonHow do I RSVP?
All RSVPs are done online through this website. To RSVP, click the "RSVP" tab and enter your full name to find your invitation. Select "accept" or "decline" for yourself and any plus-ones or family members listed, then submit your response. You will also have an opportunity to leave us a note, if you'd like!
Can I bring a plus-one?
All invited guests are listed on the invitations, and you can conveniently RSVP for your entire party at once.
Can I bring my kids?
Due to venue size limitations, we’re only able to include children of immediate family members, who are noted on the invitation. We hope our friends with little ones can take this as an opportunity to enjoy a well-deserved night out with us.
What happens if I don't RSVP on time?
If we haven’t received your RSVP by the deadline, we’ll assume you have declined the invitation. We completely understand that life gets busy, and there are no hard feelings if you can’t make it. If you know you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you still submit a response, as we’re required to provide a final guest count to our vendors and aren’t able to accommodate late RSVPs.
What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before the ceremony, so you have time to park, find your seat, and mingle with other guests before our special day begins.
Is onsite parking available?
Yes! There is a parking lot conveniently located onsite, just steps from the venue entrance, and navigation will guide you straight there. Uber and Lyft also service the area for easy drop-offs and pick-ups.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes! Our venue is fully ADA-compliant with gentle, gradual ramps, handrails, and easily walkable grounds so everyone can enjoy their time with us.
What are the rules for smartphones and cameras?
All devices must be silenced and put away for the duration of the ceremony. Please refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony, as photographers will be on-site to capture the beautiful moment we will share together.
Once the ceremony concludes, please snap as many photos and videos as you like!
Are you serving alcohol?
Yes! Open bar, baby! We want everyone to have fun, whether you drink or not. If you are drinking, please remember to stay safe and drive responsibly. Signature Drinks: His: Old Fashioned, Hers: Margarita on the Rocks
Can I smoke?
Per venue guidelines, no smoking or vaping is permitted on the grounds.
Will there be dancing?
Yes! Our DJ will play music of all types so everyone can enjoy themselves. Feel free to bring your dancing shoes or toss your heels aside to hit the dance floor.
What's for dinner?
We’ll be serving a buffet-style BBQ dinner followed by cake! The menu includes brisket, smoked chicken breast, and black pepper sausage, along with dinner rolls and a variety of BBQ sauces. Sides feature bacon green beans, burnt end beans, loaded mashed potatoes, deviled egg potato salad, cole slaw, and Mexican-style corn.
What happens if it rains?
Our ceremony is planned to take place outdoors, followed by cocktail hour on the covered patio, dinner inside, and dancing under the string lights. If the weather has other plans, we’ll simply move everything indoors, and keep the celebration going.
When can I share pictures online?
You can share photos from the wedding online anytime after the event has concluded! We can’t wait to see the moments everyone has captured.
